The area is great, good location, close to city centre. Good shops and parking availability in the building. The facilities man Sean Cowan was amazing when I had an issue with my appliance, he was speedy, friendly and all round a great service. I am super pleased.

No access to a big shop which is not via car, that is tricky for big shopping lists.

Had an issue with heating was sorter in half hour by Sean Cowan the legend. I’ve had no other issues

Sean Cowan gets the job done, any issues are always sorted quick.

That the internet was a bit slow apart from that it’s all good

Living on Strand Street near the Albert Dock is very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, plus great access to the waterfront. Transport links and walking routes into the city centre are excellent.. Bin collections are usually reliable, and the area is lively rather than quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really quickly in few minutes and solve it the same day

That it has a beautiful gym so that I don’t renew my membership in the gym before joining.

There are a lot of restaurants, bars and tourist activities nearby. Also, there are a lot of schools and Universities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, in a very good manner.

To have the bills of the department. Only I wanted the refund of the payment I made twice.

Location couldn’t be any better. 5 minute walk from the main city centre. Loads of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops all within a stones throw.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues have had to be raised so far. Everything going smoothly.

I wish I had paid attention to what comes with the flat. It is furnished but to a basic standard. There’s no cutlery, pots/pans, appliances (like a toaster/kettle) so make sure you come with all your kitchen utensils.
