Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area is an absolute pleasure. There’s a fantastic range of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars, offering everything from everyday essentials to unique, independent finds. The quality of food and service is excellent, and there’s always something new to try. The area is surrounded by beautiful open spaces and well-kept parks, perfect for relaxing walks or spending time outdoors. Transport links are very convenient, with regular and reliable buses and trains that make getting around quick and easy. The neighbourhood itself is peaceful, friendly, and welcoming, with well-maintained streets, plenty of parking, and efficient bin collections. It’s a vibrant yet calm place to live, offering both comfort and community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been outstanding—always quick to respond, professional, and proactive in resolving any issues. They handle requests efficiently, communicate clearly, and ensure everything is taken care of to the highest standard.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One wonderful thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how warm and welcoming the community is. Neighbours are friendly, supportive, and genuinely look out for one another, creating a real sense of belonging. It’s such a pleasant surprise to live in a place where everyone feels like part of a community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There's no big supermarket which is a bummer but there's a co-op supermarket, Sainsbury's and Mum's wholefoods less than 5 mins walk. Gunnersbury Station is two stops away by bus and Kew Bridge station is just next door. You can get into central London in about 20 mins. Parking isn't great for non residents and if you're a resident you have to pay to park. There's zero traffic noise, just some construction noise around. Strand on the green and the Thames Path is a short walk away. Also love visiting Gunnersbury park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they are quite responsive. They fix issues promptly and address concerns. I especially like that we have a concierge service.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think they did a really good job of laying out all the information before I moved in so there's really nothing I wish I had known.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location makes things really convenient! It’s a 10 minute walk from Grand Central station and New street, and just a minute walk from the mailbox. There’s a petrol station across the road, a tesco 5 minutes away and plenty of parking spaces in the area. It feels safe, and I’ve not had any safety concerns when walking home at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I left my key in the apartment once and couldn’t get back in. Management helped with the issue, and allowed me access to the apartment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had information on where to park. I get home really late from work and when I first moved in, struggled to find parking. I’ve since discovered parking spaces across the road which I use, and they are also building a parking space within the building which should be completed soon.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
All great - there is several modes of transport at all times. Many local cafes and pubs and you can even walk into Richmond. Kew Gardens is great too. People may think living next to the stadium is an issue but it definitely isn’t!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very responsive and accessible pretty much 24/7
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would recommend seeing the flag at different times of day to check out the sun direction / light and different views
